Action Plan

WLT wishes to become the mouthpiece for women managers in the tourism sector. Our aim is to promote women participation, foster communication, and tackling the challenges posed by the lack of female presence in our industry. The raison d’être behind the creation of WLT was to mentor a new generation of female tourism professionals.
